  • 2 Questions For The Pros

1.WHERE SHOULD I CUT THE SEAT/FLOOR PIECE FOR EASIER REMOVAL ON MY MAX11?IT WOULD BE A LOT EASIER TO REMOVE IN TWO PIECES,OR IS THIS A BAD IDEA?

2.HAS ANYONE TRIED THOSE SAND (PADDLE)TIRES ON AN AMPHIBIOUS?
I WAS THINKING,(SCARY)OF ADDING DUALS WITH THE OUTSIDE TIRES BEING PADDLE TYPE BUT A SIZE OR SO SMALLER,SO THAT THEY DIDNT TOUCH ON HARD GROUND,BUT STARTED BITING BEFORE BOTTOMING OUT IN SOFT MUD.A RAINCOAT WOULD LIKELY BE NEEDED IN THE WATER,BUT IT SHOULD SWIM LIKE A FISH.WHAT DO THE EXPERTS THINK?

I think Jerseybigfoot used some paddle tires on his Scrambler racer and I thought it was mentioned they aren't that great of swimmers, they just churn up a lot of water and splash a lot.

I cut my seat/floorboard combo below the seat right at the shifter. With the entire assemble out of the Max I used the center of the shifter hole as my mark and drew a line out to the edges. A few seconds later it was cut and so much easier to access.

Brandon Price has a video of a Maxii with Frontier tires! FFFFFFFFFAST in the water, soft ride, good in 12" snow. Expensive.
