  • Heavy vibration & Noise

Vibration in body accompanied by a loud rough sound as if something is jammed between a wheel and body, could this be a worn bearing?

    I can't see anything rubbing

Probably, jack the vehicle up on that side, place your hands on the tire that you think hides the bearing, then shake the tire. If it moves then you have a bad bearing. Then you can also turn the tire and if it makes a noise, you have your issue identified.

Does the noise only happen during movement or does it occur in neutral also?

With external exhaust, if so equipped, a rumble noise and vibration could be from the tail pipe hitting the body from engine flex or a broken engine mount. Again, if so, check your motor mounts and be sure the snubber is in place, if so equipped, this will cause the engine to move significantly. A wore convertor bushing will do this also though not near as common as in an Argo.

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
        Joe Camel never does that.

Vibration only when moving, rubber mounts are good, exhaust isn't touching anything, that said the issue only began after I reinstalled the engine after doing some work. The left skid steer is also very stiff to move, difficult to turn left. Could vibration come from tranny?

Did you adjust the trans? Could it be bands to tight applying brake drag while drive bands are applied?

I recently had a similar problem. Check for broken teath on the chain sprockets
