  • Roll back

    Hi

May be a crazy question but has anyone ever had a machine roll back when in forward gear , I ask as I need to open and pass through gates on a steep incline therefore getting out of the machine

    Thanks

Yep. Happens to me quite often in my Argo and the T-20 machines. You need a good parking brake or butt up to something that won't move when you get out.

If you have the springs on your laterals that hold them forward, you can put the machine in reverse and it should stay in place. Just test it before getting out.

DO NOT SHIFT ON A HILL! Machine may careen down hill uncontrollably, be sure your foot brake works to shift on inclines.

If you own an Argo, most machines are equipped with a parking brake.

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
        Joe Camel never does that.
