lMax II Snowbelt Area Owners

Fellow Owners, wife and I are currently in Michigan's U.P. ice fishing and riding. She has a MaxII with factory rubber tracks NO MUD FLAPS installed and her machine started to bog down and barely running with dark smoking out of exhaust. We have approx. 16" of snow with some slush once in awhile. We have never ran in snow, any ideas on what to check for, have 5 more days of vacation left. Any help is deeply appreciated.

Perhaps the choke is stuck on? Runnng rich?

That's what it was. Air filter soaked, plugs black and choke 3/4 closed.THANKS
