does anyone have any experience registering a max iv as a boat in pa.? I live on a small river in w. pa. and would like to register . any advice is appreciated. ps nice forum it has been very helpful.

no experience but have been thinking about and may soon be looking to do same. If I get to it I'll post the process as I go thru it. Pa can be weird about this stuff. Please post whatever you learn if you get to it before I do. -

I hope it goes smoother in PA than it did for me in Ohio. They were determined to register it as a 24 hp inboard boat which would have keep me off of many of the small lakes with a 10hp limit. Took several weeks to get that straightened out.Comment

thinking about this too here in Pa. Let us know how it goes.I stay here in my local creek out back but anticipate ranger rick popping up one day doing what he does and i'll have a state donation on my hands. No interest in that.Comment
