Max Iv Rear chain bolt tensioner....

Hi, well its busted so the Max is busted! Its the "T" bolt chain tension adjuster far left rear. I cant seem to find the part anywhere. How do you all fix this problem?

And oh gosh, is there ANYWAY to get this dark forum background color to go away? It KILLS the eyes!
