  • Wiring new solenoid

Ok, so i pulled the battery, removed old solenoid and slept sometime after. I have an off the shelf lawn tractor solenoid and now I cant remember what wire goes where. The wiring diagrams in the manual section mean nothing to me. Anyone up for some this wire goes here and this wire goes there guidance? Thanks in advance

Generally speaking, the battery fed cable goes on the side terminal next to the s terminal with any extra power fed wires present, the wire from the key switch often green goes to s terminal, a cable goes from empty lug away from s terminal to starter. There may be ground cables or wires that may go to the mounting bolts.

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
    Joe Camel never does that.

Advice is free, it's the application that costs.

I am finally back with pictures and yes, still unsure

Ok. Please talk real slow. I have labeled the wires by number and the point of attachments with letters. I do understand that the large red cables attach to opposite lugs on the solenoid. One end goes to the starter and the other attaches to the positive terminal of the battery. So where does every other labeled wire go? No need to council on being an idiot taking everything loose before labeling or a picture.......I know! Thanks in advance
