When Mogman and I did his Max IV, RI had recomended the 530 for the tranny to rear axle, since this is the most stressed, and said he could run a good #50 for the F-C and C-R chains. While it would be great to run 530 throughout, it will also cost a lot more. So, tight budget, 530 tranny to rear axle and 50 or maybe 520 for the rest (520 is not o-ring but still quite durable, as long as it's kept well lubed.) If you can swing 530 throughout, as long as you clean/wax it if it gets dirty/muddy while riding,(Chain wax is best for O-ring) it should last a LONG time.Attex 295 Wild Wolf: sigpic My Runner

Scott's number is: 1-800-432-6480 Charlotte N.C.
