Governor Picture

I bought a Buffalo about 8 months ago that had been sitting for several years. Had to replace the fuel pump and fuel line and a few other minor things to get it running. The throttle and Governor are all out of wack and with my extra time lately I want to get this thing running. I am almost positive there is something missing from the governor setup, a spring, but I cannot find a picture on line any where or a full parts breakdown. Can someone send me a picture of what the assembly should look like. I don’t want to adjust anything before I know it’s all there.

what is the engine doing? is it hunting (going up and down ) if so I would recommend cleaning the carburetor.
