Started the day changing the outlets on the radiator and the intercooler to the size I need and orientation.

    This looks wonky.

    JB,
Today I planted some grass in my yard.
I'm thinking I may be planting more when I test drive this.

Engine is in for the last time.
Nice and low. The stock hood with no bump up fits nice. I will not add a rise to it.
Tomorrow I mount the radiator and intercooler.
And yes, I will need to add some space between the 1195 and the tub.

Got the primary chains set up from the T-20 to the rear sprockets.
I have a lot of adjustment for these and I can do it from the center of the rig instead of under the engine.

    oooooo, some shinny bits attached.
Had to relocate the dip stick to the other side of the block and use the original location for the turbo oil return.

Decided I wanted a larger oil capacity for my turbo motor so I made a bigger oil pan and dropped sump.
Used an old Kubota oil pan so everything was similar size.
Tried out my new Woodward TIG machine (dang I need more practice) and TIGed together the oil pan. Used silicon bronze to piece together the oil pickup and added some support.
It does NOT leak. I tested it.
    It's now 4 quarts instead of 2 1/2 quarts.

Haven't posted in a few, so I'll catch up.
I could NOT get those darn beads to seat, and I've done quite a few tires by hand.
Took them to firestone to see if they would seat them....They said no.
Went to Mavis tire and they jumped right on em.
Three guys on one tire. Took them over an hour to do five tires (I did one, and it took me three hours) and I'm wondering how much it's gonna cost.
They did the same tricks I did, ratchet straps, Cheetah air blaster, even tried to mount them to there machine. Lots of cussin and a few owies later they charged me $10.00 per tire which I thought was cheep considering the effort.
    THANKS MAVIS!
