So ive got a 2000 max 2 “square headlights” i been reading quite a bit but only seem to find info on older maxes using smaller bearings. I bought a machine on good faith turns out all bearings are trash inner and outer im hoping a member may know the part numbers off hand for this machine. Also are flanges important to buy too? Part numbers go a long way it seems. But seems ill need all inner and outer so where would best deals be? Buffalo? My 2nd question is in reguards to the 16hp vanguard that came with it. I could not find a part number to order a new carb. It surges at idle and seems to spit fuel out of the top as well as the vent. So i figured order new carb as cleaning didnt fix issue. Sorry if this seems long. Just trying to figure it all out paid 3k would like to think it wont cost a lot to get going as i feel i overpaid for a machine needing work. My fault clearly but still. Ive owned serval maxs n a few argos never replaced a bearing on any of them so this is kinda new to me. Watched the how to video seems straight fwd 😁 anywho any help is always appreciated. Thanks for reading :-) if it matters been about 6 years since i owned one so i super excited about buying. Lol got plastic tracks with it prolly buy rubber! 6201F4A0-285D-4A21-9342-FDE7FF0831D5.jpgF61FB251-1B8A-4150-A0F6-907D94D2D3A1.jpgA6DF340F-0243-47DC-94C0-61E90AE1052A.jpg812CA96F-8270-4789-B0BF-9DEC435FDD12.jpg

I’m not sure if your max has turned down inner ends , outer bearing number is HC207-20-R3. Inner numbers are HC-206 20-R3 if axles are 1-1/4”inner end. If they are 1” inner end the bearing number is UC 206 17. I’ve purchased bearings from big bearing store and buffalo bearing. Your sprockets that year are probably held with set screws. I usually have to heat the hub around the setscrews to get them out. Good luck
