The knocking occurs whether moving left or right but not when braking. The knocking is in the rear driver tire and occurs at that tire no matter whether you’re going left or right slow or fast. I feel there is some type of spline connection that is slipping creating the knocking. The knocking is loud and sounds as if your striking the tub. Don’t know what may be involved. Looking for some advice or a known dealer repair shop near Buffalo NY. THANKS DonnyZ

Max IV Knocking in wheel

I’ve had several vehicles with rubber tracks and bearing cages that develop a loud pop in the axle. The fix was to unlock both outer bearings and re set lock collars in the opposite direction. Also the ones with flat center wheels get cracks at weld on rim that can creek or pop very loud.

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
Joe Camel never does that.
Advice is free, it's the application that costs.
