  • max 4 #10937 frame specs t-20 location

MY frame in the T-20 lower mounts is wore sloppy in mount holes. I've found the specs on the frame reinforcement. thank you. i'm looking for bolt hole location front to back on frame. thanks ahead of time, hank

I don’t have measurements but always set the reinforcement plates level with top of front part of frame. If the t20 sits 1/8” low you loose a lot of the rear chain adjustment. If frame is bent down it should be pulled up as close to true as possible before installing reinforcements.

thank you for the input. I always had belt alignment issues. i finally tore the machine down for all new axle bearings. had 5 short axles 1 long, 1 rear sprocket was longer.
wouldn't allow chain alignment. ended up needing 2 axles and 2 center sprockets , and new chain. should be a good machine after this. thanks again, hank

I forgot to mention an improvement that is easy when transmission is out. Turn about 3” of the top frame rail down on clutch side. 3/8” is good on center with the clutch. It can be done with adjustable wrench. This mod gives more belt clearance.

If you are able, try this mod from @onlyonce.
          I love it.
