Steering U-channel bolt adjustment

Hi. Which bolts, top or bottom, do we adjust to increase the turn 'strength' on the T20?
My bands have stretched a bit, such that turns are sluggish. Do I tighten thr tops or bottoms?
Or do I tighted all four uniformily?

Which bolts opporate forward, which ones do rearward? I haven't learned this yet. Thank You.

The upper bolts are forward and the lower bolts are reverse. But tighten them evenly when possible. You want to keep the u channels or popsicles vertical when in neutral, do not over tighten or the bands will drag and wear faster.
