    Does anyone know when max swapped over to #50 chain and did they run the 2 stroke sachs single cylinder motor for many years?

    my '75 has #40, and a '78 i lookes at last week was #50.

      the body on the machine im looking at is tan would it have #50 chain?

        the body on the 78 i looked at was tan, but i'm not sure you could narrow down year and chain size by body color
