A heavier spring in the driven converter keeps the converter in lower range longer. It really depends upon your driving style. If you think your engine is revving to high initially and winds out to quickly you may want to change the spring on the engine side to a lighter one. The powerblock install may need a new belt. Richards "highspeed clutch" are smaller in diameter than some of the Salsbury units. Check the diameters.
