I have been researching what 6x6 to buy for about three months now. I think I have decided on the max due to the transmission over differential. I know that I will have to have tracks for my use. I am looking to buy something used what should I be looking for. I have read about axle upgrades, spacers for tracks, certain tires for tracks. I basically know nothing about the product and want all the information possible so I don't buy something I have to spend a ton on to get where I need to be. Thanks for all the help.

Hi Prenfro, Your better off ( cheaper ) getting a machine with the stuff you want on it. It would cost an arm , leg and more to buy bearing extensions , tracks and whatever else you need. Check out this machine in Conn. Amphibious ATV good luck in your search Mike D
