  • Had to get another Max

Well like they say "history repeats itself". I had a pair of Max IIs back in the late 70s so it was only a matter of time before I'd have another Max once I dove back into the sport of AATVs. This 92 IV was purchased from Smoking Cigerettes. He claims that it had a previous life in Montana as a rescue vehicle that had very little use. The ol' girl is in pretty nice shape. I'll be doing a once over inspection to do some tidying up. I will have the Terra Tiger project ready to go out on her maiden voyage also. Time to get down and get dirty! I'll post pictures once I figure out how to.

Actually a 1993 or 1994 I think. And it came from Wyoming! I could have used that thing today on the river. Several quads burried in the quick sand. Maybe I will borrow one out of your fleet for emergency situations. You should post some pics of why you are called toyman.

Max Club? Thanks for the welcome coosaridgerider. It's great to be back! I like to think of myself as a AATV enthusiast. I once had a good friend that I butted heads with on many occasions that rode a Harley Sporty and I rode what he called a "rice burner". He made the claim he'd rather push his HD than ride one like mine. I tried to get him to understand that I was a motorcyclist and could enjoy all makes and models including HDs. (I currently have two) Why would I limit myself to one brand name? I actually do like the Max IV & IIs very much and hope the club members won't slam me for owning & operating a few other brand names.

I need to read up on how to post pictures in the forum. I did manage to get some uploaded in the gallery. I really don't want to come across as being to boastful and it's why I removed much of what I had listed in my sig. I just eat, sleep, drink & live to play with adult toys. I purchase multiples of them as I share them with my friends & family. Those that play together stay together! I'm terribly guilty of living for today and not preparing for tomorrow. To many of my friends and family did not get to see tomorrow.

          Thanks Larry.
You can have all the AATVs you want in your neck of the woods. The critters in my backyard are fair game and I'm taking a shot at a few of them! I REALLY need to let the barrell cool down some though!
