Max wheel rims

Looking to fit wheel rim adapters form 4 stud to 5 stud, assuming PCD is 100 mm. Has anyone done this here ?

All of my maxes have been 5 lug already. You can run adapters or spacer adapters the pattern is 5x4.5 id assume the 4 lug to be 4x4 like a golf cart but you'd have to measure to be sure.
