Grinding Noise at top speed only?

Im getting a grinding noise at high speeds only, seems like its coming from the engine clutch. Im not sure whats going on?

I have seen the driven pulley open up and hit stuff. It gets wider and need room. Does it do it in neutral revved too or only when your driving?

Thanks, I checked it in neutral, and found out the trans clutch was rubbing the new motor table I installed. Easy fix
