  • Sticks hard to move on Max IV

The transmission works fine but the stickers really seam hard to move both directions. I have sprayed WD40 on the pivet point on the levers but they jsut free kind seized up. I dont really know what to do about it.

Follow the linkage all the way back to the T20 itself and spray it down the whole way. Look for things blocking any of the linkage, look for bent linkage, check the springs to make sure they aren't binding up somehow. Also lubricate all four plungers on the front of the T20 with oil.

      Sticking sticks

Seems to be a common problem. See the 11/21/2009 post. http://www.6x6world.com/forums/max-a...ll-sudden.html

My levers were so tight I could not move them.Richard was a big help,as was this forum.
Rusty between the pivot rod and the stick base.Lubricant worked on one side ,but not the other.Removed(liquid heat) , emery cloth inside and on rod(course then fine) ,lubed and replaced.A third arm ,small fingers and disjointed would be helpful.I can't remember when I have had this much fun upside down!
