Max II belt.

Can someone tell me if this is the right belt for a MaxII? Thank you

HP3003 - Moto-Ski Dayco HP (High Performance) Belt. Fits 69-74 low power Moto Ski Snowmobiles.

Is it a good belt. Reasonable price.

This is the belt I put on my Max II 850T.It is 1 3/16 " wide and 44 7/8" long measured on the outside circumference.It is the closest in measurement to any I could find on the market.The original I changed was still working pretty good it was slightly under 1 3/16 " wide as it was worn some and it's length was 45 5/8".It run OK with 3/4 of the adjustment taken up.The HP 3003 I have adjusted to the slackest I can and it is tighter than the one removed.It creeps a bit when in forward but I may have the idle set a bit fast.I can tell you the HP3003 from Dayco is the closest in size to original of all manufacturers out there.I spent some time on it for sure but I suspect that Recreatives Industries has special size made by one of the manufacturers for their machines as the numbers on their belts mean nothing to any of the manufacturers and the belts RI use work flawlessly.The price difference?......double to triple what you will pay for that HP3003. I have been told by some people that width and length are not the only considerations that the angle of the bevel on the sides of the belt is significant too.Good Luck.

that should work just fine for ya i run a belt from napa auto parts nbh6314 and the hp 3003 crosses to the number i run thats a good price too.

Thanks for the info guys. All the research I have done on the belts and cross references. Here is the cheapest belts I came across.

One of my Max II has a Carlisle belt and the other has a Dayco belt. Both work fine. belt sizes. Length: 44-7/8"
Width: 1-3/16"
