Looking for pics of a track kit for Max IV

I'm very interested in tracks, not so much in paying for them. I'm looking at the feasibility of making a set; it seems easy enough except for the track guides. I haven't seen any pictures posted of the hidden parts, namely the bearing extensions, rails, and axle extensions. If someone with a set could post a few pics it'd be appreciated.

Also, I was wondering if the Max IV body has changed since 1996. Mine is a 1996 and even if I installed the 21" tires there doesn't look like very much room for a set of tracks to fit under the body.

I don't have any pics of a Max IV track set up but next week I can get some pics of the track set up on a Max II, which wouldn't be that much different. You will be able to clear tracks with your machine, just as long as you run the 21" tires and the wheel hub spacers.

is it that bad ? my old argo (see centaur thread) can run the plastic supertracks over the 22x11-8 tires and 1 maybe 2 inches left before touching the body.

I'm not 100% sure on a Max IV how much clearance there will be, but a Max II can't go any bigger than the 21" tires with the tracks and you still have to run the hub spacers.

The body has changed. about 1999 or 2000. Tire clearance was improved especially in the front. The factory was playing around with a set of tracks that ran on the 22 inch tires for the max4 . Dont know how they worked out but I believe that it would work. I have a 2001 with the factory track kit.The tracks are snowmobile tracks with guides on them.
