Just added a Max II to my collection

I have heard that once you have one six wheeler, other ones seem to follow you home. My first was a Hustler 950, then an Attex, and today I picked up a Max II. The Max is pretty rough right now, no engine, peeling spray paint job, and 6 junk balloon tires. The machine was $150, and the t-20 was still there, so I took a gamble that the tranny was still good, and brought it home. Tonight I spent tearing apart the t-20 to check it over, the bands were in excellent shape, and I was able to polish the drums back to very good condition. Now to find parts, and start the restoration. Pictures to come soon.
