I'm going to say get two new flanges and seal the one that mounts up against the tub with some 3M strip caulk, then grease the bearings with marine grease and you'll be all set."Looks like you have a problem with your 4 wheeler........you're missin' two wheels there"

Like the others mentioned, what did you use to seal it with? Did you seal behind the flanges (between the inner flange and the outside of the body) with 3M strip caulk like jpswift mentioned? Did you use a gasket between the flanges, or silicone between the flanges? Did you torque the flange nuts to 34 ft lbs? When you greased the bearing after you installed it, did grease go through the bearing or just shoot right back out around the inside of the flange? Is the bearing mounted crooked in the flanges or is it straight? Any of these could be a good indicator of what could be wrong.
If I were you I would just pull the tire and wheel back off. Remove the outer locking collar and slide it out towards the hub. Take the nuts off and pull the flanges / bearing back off with the axle still in place and reseal everything. It really won't take you long since you just had everything apart.
