    I have a MAX IV with a 16 HP brings and T-20 tranny. Should the drive belt be spinning at engineidle?

      yes the belt may spin at idle in neutral, but once it is in gear the belt should slip on the primary

        Belt turning at Idle

        U could have the idle a little too high and the clutch is engaged a little bit.

          Yeah in any gear. It stops when pressure is applied on sticks. My idle might be high. Thanks
