more footage at - wildtexasranger's Channel on you tube.

Those Adair tacks really make that base Max2 of mine virtually unstoppable. The thing doesn't even get high centered. As long as one grouser on the tracks can get a bite the little machine pulls and pulls. Its kind of like an alligator slithering over a mud flat, the belly may drag but the claws just pull it forward. Keep in mind this is a bone stock 14hp machine. Imagine what Recreatives could do with a track option like these. I think these tracks on a Max2 are going to set the AATV world on its head. My other Max2 with the 25" Mud Bug tires is a wicked little machine in and of itself, but the tracked machine just blows it away in every respect. I'd venture to say that if the little Max had a bit more ground clearance then it would be completely unstoppable. As is the tracked vehicle never got stuck in a full day of mudding, the wheeled machine got stuck 3 or 4 times.

Noel, Eddie, I am so impressed with the performance of that MaxII in the mud. I can't believe that machine is able to work so well with a 14 horse engine. Just watching that Small machine gets me excited about getting my MaxIV with Adair tracks set up.

I have run into clearance issues on the MaxIV and instead of modifying the tub I have decided to go to a smaller tire. The Kenda 22x12x9 bear claw.

You'll have some competition soon Noel.

I am now thinking about installing some Adair tracks on my Max IV after watching how they work on Noel,s Max II. Its amazing where you can go with these tracks in the mud.

That was some really nasty mud! I don't suppose you could find a high lifted quad that wanted to try to follow you into that stuff?

We had a big audience of 4 wheelers, but none wanted to try our muddy spots. They drove around. Several times we had up to 20 people watching us.

I am so impressed with that stock machine. I can't wait to see what those tracks will do with a little more horsepower.

                        Dan

I was at wildtexasranger,s house on 2/22 picking up my generation 10 tracks that Noel brought back with him, and we talked about this too. Just imagine a Max II with Roger,s motor in it ,out of his Argo 8x8. That would be one screaming Max II!

Man that kid drives every bit as good as his Dad and Uncle Dave! I'm amazed that he mastered the thing so quickly! He's a quick study. Rock on JR.
You better get him a machine of his own before he claims another one of mine.

                                Noel
