Perhaps the other person is having trouble raising the funds....or waiting on tax refund.....show the seller the $$$$ and take take it home with you.

I agree, go to the bank and get 35 $100 bills and go and speak man to man. If he says the other guy has 1st option, maybe you will be the next runner up if the 1st guy doesn't do the deal. Good luck on the machine.
