Hi just bought a 1997 max iv. Don't have a manual and cannot find any grease fittings? Not sure if there should be any. Also I have a lot of play in the drive belt. I do not know if this is normal...thanks

Should be one grease zerk fitting outside the body on each axle bearing plate. Not sure about the inside/frame area on a '97. As far as the drive belt goes, there should be some play/flex in it. Main thing is that when you give it the gas the torque converter rides up and grabs the belt properly. If you can't get much speed (less than 20mph) out of it then that could be the problem.
