2 Questions (rpm and exhaust pipe)

I have a 98 Max II (18 hp vangaurd) . . . 2 questions:
1. I'm looking for the maximum rpm of the motor
2. I'm looking for y-pipe/flex pipe for the external exhaust, where do I find these? I heard they are not made anymore.
