Broke down this weekend in a really bad place i had two bearing collars on the same axle shatter causing the rear axle to slide out and pop a chain of the T20 my solution is a complete and total rebuild including 6 new axles a different designed bearing AKA no eccentric locking collars and some form of bearing cage with supporting rails if anyone has any suggestions on what i could use please post as i plan to do the rebuild in the next month and if time permits i might move the T20 to the center of the machine

hi,
If u r making new axles consider taper lock sprockets [mounts on key way ][as u mount the taper lock it clamps firmly in position ]
Spline axles would be nice but typically the most expensive also.
The other important feature is to have the axle retained by a bolt or thread/nut eg later max 6x6 .
Eg use 1 1/4 axle
outer bearing od 72mm , id 1 1/4
inner bearing od 62mm , id 1 inch [machine end of axle down to 1 inch ]
retain the inner bearing with a washer and bolt or prefered is to have the axle machined with a thread then a castle nut with a split pin
The retained axles as above will never loosen the locking collars as the side load is all taken by the inner axle mounting.
Rusting grub screws thats another story ..
