Does anyone have or know where I can find a wiring diagram for a Max IV ? I just got one and the wiring is every which way Thanks

I have A 1996 Max4 with a Briggs & Stratton Vanguard 18 hp V-Twin engine.
The wiring looks like a rats nest.

I have a Max 4 and it sarted fine this morning and run for 5 min. I went back to start it and nothing happened. I have 12 volt to starter. I put jumper cables directly to starter but starter will not engage. I put screw driver accross selnoid and nothing. The winch is connected to selnoid and will not work. I can move wires at selnoid and winch will work sometimes. Also, lights do not work but I can move wiries at selnoid and get lights to come on but starter still does not engage.Is starter locked up or is selnoid bad. There is a box on side of engine with wires coming out. What is this box.

Thanks, do you have any ideas on why no starter action when turning key or touching booster cables to starter.
