Help with Max II fuel filler neck

My buddy has on old Max II and has asked me to locate an "old weld in filler neck for a Kelch fuel cap". I know what a Kelch looks like, but I need some help. Anyone know exactly what is needed here, and where to get it, or anyone just got one. Would be helpful if you do. Thank you.

edit: ok, so looks like the thing needed is a three inch weld-in filler neck with Kelch threaded gas cap thread on it. Any ideas on a source for this, thanks.

A trip to the local auto scrap yard.....and I ended up with a gas filler neck off a 2002 Kia Rio.
Just look for one that fits inside the existing Max tank neck and trim to fit.
