my middle axel on my max 2 goes out making my chain to rub agains my frame why is this happining

Most Likely the bearing lock collar on the outer bearing, or outer and inner depending on the year is loose. Easy fix. or the lip that the collar locks onto on the bearing is broken in which case you'll need to replace the bearing. A little more difficult but not rocket science. Look over the how to section for bearing replacement to get an idea what you need to do

also my front left chain pops off why is this my chain adjuster is a sproket looks fine its priity tight but after ten min or so it comes off
