  • sale me on a max

long time aatv owner but new member. I have a 1999 argo that the motor is gone in. My grandfather had a huster before that. In the market for a new one and the max looks more like a hustler to me. What i can remeber about the hustler was it seemed to be a lot easier to work on than the argo. So going to look at a max tomorrow somebody sale me on this machine before i go down to the dealer.

Easy enough. The t-20 tranny is the same bullet proof unit the hustler used. The axles are now splinned making the more durable and do not get the wollowed sprockets like they used too. The Briggs engine is tried and true, a very reliable power plant.
l like to buy stuff and no I don't do payments!

I also have a Max IV and my family really appreciate the 4 front-facing seats.

But Argo or Max, both have strong points. I would get whatever machine you find the best deal on or the one with the closest dealer.

          in my book :

          smallest to biggest :

          1. Max II
          2. Argo 6x6 (just because of the 2 tiny side facing rear seats)
          3. Max IV
          4. Argo 8x8

If you want to get a large deer out of the woods without a trailer, get an argo 8x8
