  • Week at deer camp

Ok guys left for our camp on Monday which is flooded due to the ms river being up. We have about 300 yards of water about 5 ' deep which cuts the property in half when the river is up. So loaded my max 2 up which I had just got done doing the first ten hour service own and headed out. What I noticed today was after crossing that water for 3 days I began to take on some water in the tub. Didn't have my grease gun and now it has 17 hrs. On it . My question is when running through water like that every day should I grease the outer bearings more often then the every ten hours like the manual says or do I need to look else where for another leak.

Yes, grease the bearings more often. Try using a good quality synthetic marine grease. It'll save you a lot of headaches in the future.

What about the inner bearings don't won't to over grease should u grease the outers more often or go ahead and grease all of them together.

In swampy, muddy, or watery conditions, you'd want to grease the outer bearings more often than the inners.
