winch and winch plate

I just ordered the winch mount for my max IV yesterday. I am excited to see how sturdy it is. If it works good i plan on ordering the brush guard set and the rack for the top of the winch bracket. I bought a 3000 lbs super winch for it i hope it mounts up ok.

I bought a winch at Harbor Freight and made the mount out of 1 1/2" angle iron. Harbor Freight has a decent winch for occasional use. It's rated at #3000lb.
