  • It's HOT back there!

Spent the day at SunDog trails in Lexington OK. Not much mud but the river was just right. The max swims like a dream. Lots of interested people who wanted to look and talk about the max. All in all a great day

    To the hot part.
It is HOT in the back seat of the max iv. Has anyone found a solution to the heat?

I was thinking about some ducting for the hot air output, some header wrap for the muffler and some heat shield on the back of the seat.

    What do you guys think?

sounds like a good start can a person make spacers to make an air space under and behind the seat.

i put a fan on mine,it came off a motorcycle radiator.the fan pulls air in,i have some plastic screen sandwiched between the vent slots and the fan on the right side.i only run it when she gets real hot.

Try a bilge fan for a boat. Cheap and works great. West marine sells them.$35.
