Any ideas about how I can make my Max 11 run a little faster in the water ? I have Rawhide twos and Rawhide threes that I run on it Any one know if its the tires or ?

The original Rawhides (the 21" tires) are faster in the water. I went from the 21" rawhides to the 22" rawhide III's and the rawhide III's were much slower. They still move you in the water ok but not like the 21" tires. If you want to go faster without using an outboard motor really the only way is to upgrade your tires to some Argo / Carlisle tires. They are very fast in the water but also very expensive.

What's your tire placement? You may want to reverse placement.

What did you do to be able to run 24 tires?

That one, if I am not mistaken, belongs to member MaxRules.
24" tires fit on a maxII with zero modifications, unless the body has sagged from it being old. In that case it would need to be heated and reshaped.
