The Mudd-Ox has a mechanical emergency/parking brake but the steering and slowing (braking) is all hydraulic. there is no transmission per say so you you can go from forward to reverse instantly and therefore have one side going forward and the opposite side in reverse and turn in its own length. This is done without powerloss unlike some of the other skid steer systems(Argo).

        Mudd OX

Went out on maiden voyge yesterday with the ox. Man this thing is unstoppable. We crossed a cutdown with lying trees, logs, stumps. two runs with steep banks no problem. My brother is the most negative person in the world and he was impressed. When we got back to the truck, the ditch bank had give way and my truck had just slid sideways in the ditch. We have had a flood the last three days. I was about to call my wife to come get us when my brother said see if the musk ox will pull it out. I said its a MUDD OX. I wish we would have had a video camera, that thing pulled truck and trailer right out of the ditch. He said I'm calling it the musk ox from now on, because it's as strong as one. I think I'm going to like it.

You will have to ask Matt how it pulls stuck forklifts

For anybody looking at the Mudd-Ox for possible purchase, I will put a plug in for both Matt at Mudd-Ox and Ken Bost of Bost Atv's as well. I have dealt with both of these fellas over the phone and what jumps out at you is their willingness to help you with a purchase decision and aatv information whether it means a sale for them or not. It's refreshing to deal with someone with a sincere desire to help......not just the standard "sales pitch".

My Mudd Ox is on the way and for anyone thinking of purchasing one I'll be happy to answer any questions, although I'll be better armed with info after delivery.

                        Yessir,

Actually, I count four. Akexpress, Moallen, Yamadog, and myself. Probably more to follow. Give me some time and I'll try my best to come up with some pics and maybe video.

Congrats. Sounds like the list is growing bigger every day. Might be time to short some stock in ODG.

Kind of quiet here lately. How about a pic, Matt, to feed the savages. Ya gotta have something picture worthy to keep us occupied for awhile.
