We are working on that. I do all the interviews by email. I'm sure he's busy building Mudd-Ox's right now but when things get settled down he will have time to sit down and respond. Then I will post it up. *Nudge Nudge*

Thanks for the reply Mike. Another suggestion would be to start a new section for 8x8s just like you have for the 6x6s and lump all the threads for the 8s in there, partitioned similar to the 6s. Love the website, keep up the good work.

          Mudd Ox interest

Hi Mike and all others interested,

Sure would like to see something for the Mudd Ox with all the interest. Would help new users to find information for a growing vehicle. By the way Mike, Thanks for the best AATV site on the web.

          Best regards to all
          Ken

That is a good Idea, in fact I need to know the best way to jack up a Mudd OX to remove the tires. Also how to put out of gear to pull it if it is broken.

            Hi Allen,

I pick it up with a forklift but if you put a floor jack under either side front or rear you can jack it that way or put a wooden block in the center at the front or back and use a floor jack. Also if you would like to tow it you can push the steering lever full forward or rearward and you can push or tow. Have a great day.

              Hello

Hi, when you mean place a block of wood under the mudd ox , is that on the plactic ?will that hold it ? And the Mudd ox is hydraulic will it work pushing the handles foward? on my ztr mower I have to release a check valve so the fluid will pass.

                Hi Allen,
The best way to jack any of the six and eight wheelers new and old is to use a block of wood like a 2x6 between the body and the jack. This helps spread the weight out over a larger area. On the Mudd-Ox you can lift it under the chain wells or the center. If you ever need to tow the Mudd-Ox all you have to do is move your control leavers all the way forward. This will allow the oil to move through the pump so you can tow it. Do not pull it over 10 MPH this way. As far as your ZTR mower every hydro system is set up different.

Mike, I am working on your questions. I too think it would be nice to have a Mudd-Ox area. Nudge, Nudge...

                        forums..

I think , that if mudd ox has a post, seeing it is a new untested machine. Tried and true AMF Sur Trek should have one too......Limited production RARE machines, not just OTHER AATV's
