Has anybody had the unfortunate chance to test out the Mudd-Ox roll bar yet? Looks pretty stout but there is only one of them instead of the usual cage that most people erect around them for protection when the going gets tipsy. Just wondering if it kept you from flipping over sideways or did it save you from being crushed going end over end? Thanks.

no experience yet however we have had ours machines on some very extreme side hills and very steep hills and have not rolled it yet. the 2010 machines come with seat belts which is great to keep you where the roll bar will protect you. We have helicoptered one of them into a remote site and the roll bar was more then adequate to sling it by, actually flew quite level. We will get pictures next time it flies. the roll bar is tied directly into the frame of the machine and is very stout!!!! the center of gravity is very low and unless you go over an overhang it is going to be very hard to roll it end for end as you will lose traction first, at least that has been our experience so far. As far as side hilling your pucker factor will probably kick in first especially if there is much exposure. To the best of my knowledge no one has rolled one yet. -
I've not rolled mine yet. I did get it vertical, witnessed by 3 bystanders.
I went into the road ditch to fast and stood it on it's nose, pushed the sticks
forward and it came down. Pretty stupid and lucky. I knew better just had a brain fart. I think Matt O. told me that the rollbar is certified not to collapse into the passenger areas, hitting a solid object at 25 mph. You should check
