This is for sale locally and after searching the gallery, I cannot figure out what it is. Has anyone ever seen one of these before? what is it?

That is known as the Stalker made by Ski Tow out of Elkhart, Indiana. This machine has poped up before on ebay a couple of times.
"Looks like you have a problem with your 4 wheeler........you're missin' two wheels there"

Last summer there were two of them on ebay at once. That must have been a first, and probably a last. If I remember rightly, both were within a couple hundred miles of Elkhart.Stuck in the seventies- not in the swamp.
