It has 4 bolt wheels with no 3 to 4 lug adapters and I think that is odd as I thought this would have been a 3 bolt ballon tire machine from the factory. The pump and drive is all there but is locked up so the belt from the secondary and the pump drive chain are missing.
It has its original stickers, roll bar and telescopic steering. The guy I purchased it from removed the engine 4 years ago to replace the crank seals and it sat apart in a box. He claimed all the parts were there put I fear there are a number of brackets, pipes and such missing. The primary clutch is attatched to the engine and broken, the one engine shield I have is cut up a little and the upper is missing. No seat cover or belts but the mounts and snaps are there. It has one nasty piece cut out from the body by the engine bay. It was stored inside so it has little rust on the metal parts. I wish the motor was still in it, then I would restore it to a more original spec. With the motor missing and the way it looks like they drove the pump continuously I am more temted to do a 4 stroke conversion and come up with a clever electic PTO clutch for the pump.
But for now it will sit as I am in the middle of the Attex build while I work on the Max trans and cluch mod...
...and am waiting for the Hustler tires to be turned

Took a closer look at the Wedge and found there is a clutch for the Berlley jet pump. There is a handle to the left up under the body to engage it and it seems to work. The pump itself is also free. I just turned the gear a little harder and it spinns but has a little tight spot. I also figured out the motor mounting hardware. Looks like the upper engine shield, exhaust and parts for some sort of secondary clutch brake along with a seat cover are all I am missing.

Thanks, I wanted one older AATV for the collection. I wanted either a Scrambler or Wedge. None of the clean Scramblers I found had reverse or electric start. This was the first clean Wedge I found with a Roll bar and Jet pump and it was only 4.5 hours away. It's a little rougher than the condition I usually try to buy and has no literature but... it has the pump and roll bar. The mechanicals of it seem a bit on the light duty side. I plan to use it when it is finished but I don't think it is really trail ride material. I think however it will make a great river machine and be fun to fire up and bomb around the yard in. My hope is it can actually go the 9mph in water as the old brochure says. Any members out there ever actually use a jet pump equiped machine?

The good news is I won't be dragging it to Adair for tracks.
I would type some more but I need to go out to the garage and look at it.

It happened again. I loaded up the Attex to take to Adair for tracks and the next thing I know there is something else on the trailer.
Even after driving all the way to Adair and back I just could not shake the thing.
Seems like every time I hook up the trailer something new comes to rest on it.
