OOOoooo.... blank slates are nice! What a find! With all the darn fiberglass projects I seem to be undertaking, I'd love to see how the Baz' is constructed. If you get a chance at some point, some pics and a description of how these unique pieces are put together would be neat....sigpic

::EDIT:: I went back through your gallery, and started wondering if there's a limit to a 22" tire on your machine and if so, is that dictated by the axle spacing, or by the height available in the wheel well area? If you're going totally custom frame/ driveline with this unit, is there a chance you could lower the axles an inch or so, and lengthen the wheel base an inch or so? Fiberglass is pretty forgiving, and what a divine opportunity to make a Super Bazoo with 26s?Last edited by hydromike; 01-29-2013, 11:27 AM.sigpic

First let me tell you what i do know.
The tire size is limited to 21" and with low pressure or they will rub on the tub and hit each other due to the axle spacing.
I thought about raising the tub by adding 6" to the bottom but the axle spacing would also need to be changed.....chopped and channeled.
This tub is in such good condition i couldnt cut it apart.
As far as wood the only place i see any is the back or transom.....its about 3/4" thick.
Not sure what thickness the glass is.....I think i read 4 ply in one of the brochures.
The side and bottom of the lower tub and chain valleys is much thicker 3/8" or more and the upper section is around 3/16".
It seems as solid as a boat hull if not stiffer because of the contours.
The Bazooo was available with tracks but the tires would need to be smaller than 21" for the tracks to clear the tub.
I will probably build it with tracks in mind because of the limited tire size.
The original axles were only 7/8" and they need to be bigger if I decide to install tracks.
