      Engine?

      I wonder what kind of engine that thing has? It sounds turbo-charged.

      Has anyone ever put a small diesel in a Max IV?

        Good find....I think this vehicle should be called "coping saw", as it looks like Ripsaw's child.

        I like it, I wonder about the track construction? Homemade tracks really interest me. Although, it looks like one more set of wheels would keep it from tilting so bad. Looks like a pretty cushy ride though.
        Hammers should have warning labels.

              looks to me as a set of tank tracks . maybe a turbo desel . what ever it it it's bad
              1999 max 2 18 b&s 22 tires custom . new max iv 23 k 26 i/n tires brown . ht cable promark winch . new toy 1972 attex st400 400ccjlo and she will be bad . ( the frog ) if it don't float with out you getting wet . don't bring it ! R.I.P sage rogers 4 11 09 . you can't fix stuped !!!!! raceone 3 .)

                Haglund makes several tracked AATV's, military and othewise.
                BV 206 is another neat one. Used in snow a lot.
                Made in Sweden, IIRC.

                  I saw one of these over in the Twin Cities at a snow cat dealer. They use them over in Minnesota on the Lake of The Woods for ice fishing which is a very,very big passtime in Minnesota. The guides transport their clients out to the ice shacks (and I use the term shacks very loosely) in comfort and speed. Pretty darn cool machine.
