Chain tensioners

Chain tensioners just wondering what you guys use.. Do you guys use a spring loaded setup or a fixed setup that's adjustable

Most use a fixed adjustable but some have an automaticaly adjustable setup. Spring tentioners that only take up one slack side dont work in reverse. There are spring tentioners that take up both sides. Some auto ones use a ratchet sys.

thanks for you advise i think ive decided to go with a fixed style i seen someone had some posted in the max section that i think im gonna go that route
