I well I finally get some time to work on one of my many projects, my Little Tank. It is want I think is a old Ridge Runner tracked vehicle frame. I traded my Terra tiger for it. I just had to have it. It is just the frame, transmission(Haygen I think), and tracks. One of the tracks is badly torn, I am going to have to patch or replace. Does any one have any idea on how to patch them? Or, does anyone know where to get replacement or used tracks? I right now I have a extra Terra Tiger shell on it, just for fun. Shortly I will be removing it, and straightening out the frame, as well as adding some extra support. I have a 14hp clone engine ready for testing, but will more than likely replace it with a larger one when the project is near done. For testing it will just be a plywood floor with a mower seat mounted on it. Then after the bugs are worked out I plan on stacking rigid foam and carving out a new body to fiberglass. I am thinking of making it look like a tank with rotating turret-barrel and all.
