As I am completely obsessed with the hobby, I often find myself searching for toy 6-wheelers. It doesn't matter what color, make, or model the 6x6 is as long as it's an aatv. As many of you know, I found an Argo 8x8 knock off in Big Lots not too long ago. I now have several more toys for other folks like me to keep an eye out for.
First is the matchbox 6x6. Previous years colors have been blue, silver, purple, and gold. New for 2014 is a red model. I have yet to find them in a store, but notices one on eBay this morning. That makes 5 total colors that I know of.
Next is not one toy, but at least 2 toys to watch out for. I have located 2 different size Angry Birds 6x6's. "The Blues Off Roadster" is a red 6x6 that resembles an Argo. The larger of the two sizes I found is slightly bigger than the matchbox 6x6 atv, and it has a spring loaded launcher that pushes the aatv across the floor. The smaller size is what they call a telepod. It has a code on the bottom that will let you teleport the 6x6 into your angry birds go app and race them around. I have yet to get the app, but have both toys and purchased them at Target.
If anyone discovers a new aatv toy, please share it here. Most of us love getting a miniature version of our favorite toys, real aatv's, and it's much easier to find them if we know what we are looking for or where to look.
