    what is this machine?

    I tried uploading a photo but I'm having trouble with it so the information I've got is its small it has a 247cc JLO engine in it its red has lights mounted on the lower half of the body.Stick controls and a funky transmission.looks as if the motor is mounted in backwards.Carb faces forward. any info would be great I do have a picture of it but I don't know how to load it on here thank you.
